"We had an amazing day, you could see the girls develop in confidence as the day went on and we can't wait to see Jane and Claire in 12 months time to read our pledges and see if we have lived up to them. Thank you"

Ashton Community College

"We thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. It was both interesting and fulfilling to witness the girls 'develop' their confidence as the day went on. Those who came in with a wary look on their faces as they entered the room left with smiles, giggles and they seemed to be walking a LOT taller. On the way back in the mini bus the girls were buzzing about their experiences and didn't stop yacking to each other. Top marks to both yourself and Jane for an amazing day."

How much does it cost?

The Discovery day workshops can cater for up to 100 girls and the cost is £3500.  This includes 2 workshop leaders, a team of Big Sister role models (ratio 1:10 girls), a workbook for every girl, all our AV and materials, prizes and goodies on the day.

The Stardom 12 week intervention programme is approx £1,250 per girl and runs with a minimum cohort of 16 girls. This programme employs professional, qualified coaches to lead the group sessions and create mindset and behaviour shifts working with the girls in a 121 relationship.

To facilitate a BIG SISTER programme in your school for a maximum of 20 girls is approx £1000 per participant.  We recruit and train all the BIG SISTERS.  We are responsible for checking references and CRB checks. We facilitate all meetings, outdoor team activities and the application process.

To create and host a BIG SISTER Speed Mentoring Event for a maximum of 100 girls is £2800. We manage all elements of the event from recruiting and briefing speakers and mentors, structure, printed materials, hosting, evaluation, AV etc.

In all case we may be able to help you source funding through our many connections with funding bodies, companies and other social enterprises so please get in touch if Girls Out Loud excites you and let’s make this happen together!
